How bad are the long-term effects of opioid use, you had an infinite and free amount of them and never had to go through withdrawal? Google gives me a list of bad things but it's kinda unclear how frequent or how severe they are.

I mean, you'd never take a shit again. The caveats should also include something about tolerance + OD risk.

I had surgery. When I came out they gave me oxycodin, fentanyl, and Vicodin over a 12 hour period. I was constipated for 2 weeks! And let me tell you, it was horrible. 24x7 stomach cramps. Bad! Couldn’t sleep. Barely could walk. Didn’t want to eat. Had to force myself.

Opioid induced hyperalgesia = over time, individuals taking opioids can develop an increasing sensitivity to noxious stimuli, even evolving a painful response to previously non-noxious stimuli

Biggest problem of long time opioid abuse(assuming it's pure and your life is otherwise in order) is liver damage.
