That’s a tricky one. I feel like I’d always be worried about how gentle I have too be with them. You read/hear stories of them bursting for whatever reason so your afraid to be as handsy/passionate as you might with real ones.

Voted turn off -- I have a limited sample set here, but in my experience an implant's texture is much tougher than the surrounding body. You can't help but notice it when you feel it, and it seems my naturally programmed response is one of concern.

I used to be a much bigger natural-only guy. With years the range of liked things broadened. As long as the implants don't squeak or flip over, i'll not be too bothered. Haven't encountered any though. Probably too broke for that kind of woman. Or not dating enough.

My motto if you are being let to grab them any boob is a good boob in that situation. But I am also of the camp all sizes are great. That being said the increased feeling of confidence and personal sexiness I’ve seen women get when they are happy with the change is worth it.
