My guess is that this has shifted from black to white over the past 30 years or so.

Per ingroup person, or per outgroup person? I think it's possible that P(outgroup member is hostile) is higher for white people, but I'd expect that to be outweighed by the greater number of non-black people, giving the average black person a worse overall experience.

I think black people experience more extreme versions of hostility but white people experience hostility more often in the form of jokes and put downs, like in memes or jokes in movies.
