In a world where prostitution becomes totally legal/regulated, should sex workers be allowed to discriminate against their customers based on race?

Absolutely - as long as they are willing to lie about that being the actual reason - because that would be illegal (which is where we are now).

If a sex worker is forced to take a customer she doesn’t want (for whatever reason) that would technically be rape

um yes? the same way business can choose who to serve and who to work with

I think everybody should be allowed to choose their customers.
If they choose just because of race, i hope the market will regulate that.
