I have hyperhidrosis of the hands and feet, which means they sweat profusely for random reasons, and it's extremely annoying. and it took twenty-eight goddamn years to figure out it's (at least partially) triggered by temperature. At 71F, I sweat profusely. At 69F, I'm dry.

Yes for me too! I built a homemade one which was great, but it was hard to take with me traveling. I had a lovely company reach out and offer to give me one for free, but I need a prescription first and my healthcare is currently in limbo.
