I have hyperhidrosis of the hands and feet, which means they sweat profusely for random reasons, and it's extremely annoying. and it took twenty-eight goddamn years to figure out it's (at least partially) triggered by temperature. At 71F, I sweat profusely. At 69F, I'm dry.

I built one too! But finally got a machine for €200 odd and it’s still going strong 7 years later. In these days of Covid no handshaking though - a relief for many!

It does but can be a hassle getting batteries (and disposing them). When I switched to a main’s power one, got a lot simpler, I travelled a lot too which was easier without batteries
