If you swap the races in a conversation and it suddenly feels like a KKK meeting, then the discourse is bad.

Switch “black” to “white” and it sounds like a KKK meeting and is no longer true

I agree that factual reversals aren't great for this example - e.g, for a gender reversal, bunch of men accusing women of being sexually aggressive doesn't make sense.
But it still holds very well for a lot of other things.

and we all know very well what kind of discourse is like KKK (or even worse) today, but if we name it, then they will call us racist... because to stand for "people should be judged according to their character's content, not by their skincolor" is racist these days...
