I agree with almost everything. The free market is a fantasy that will never exist. Humans, and especially profit-oriented corporations generally can't be trusted to always act in good faith. Every game has rules. Without regulations, someone in power will impose their rules.

The free market does not exist in the way that we define it, because free and market alone juxtapose one another. There is no marketplace in the world that has unconstrained competition, because that assumes all competition in a market is the same, which is unachievable.
