I know a lot of people who’ve suffered severe psychosis and had to be hospitalised, even for many months, but it wasn’t permanent so I voted no. Was that right?

If the psychosis decreased in severity but still persisted low-grade, then 'yes' would be correct in that scenario.

The "tested positive" question feels potentially ambiguous depending on what you're trying to get at. I know someone who got a false positive (ie tested positive, then tested negative twice in the following 48 hours).
