I don't necessarily think this is porn brain, some people have obligate kinks that formed before exposure to any significant pornography

i agree that its not *necessarily* porn brain. i do think a lot of ppl who otherwise would enjoy “normal” sex build such a strong association w a certain kink through porn that it gets in the way of their irl sex life (this happened with my ex)
