I could operate on others as EMT in 1970 - 1985. But see me own blood faint. So look other way every time I donate blood.

Huh. Is there a flavor difference between, say, blood from your mouth and blood from your arm?

It's just a little drop of claret. Blood from within the mouth tastes worst, as it's salty and bitter. Black pudding is sticky and dry. Blood from the nose is rusty and sweet. Bloody mucus clots are like the fruit of knowledge. It shares things.

I'm pretty vanilla in terms of bodily adventurousness, but whenever I cut myself (accidentally) my mouth starts watering. It's a good taste.

i used to like it, then one day i tasted a pill which was some kind of blood support i guess. it tasted like iron, like blood of course, but its taste was very intense. it was disgusting. since then i don't like the taste of blood. it was about 15 years ago.
