There's a software that, if it existed, I think me and a bunch of other OF girls would pay out the nose for. I don't know how to build programs though, what should be my first step in making this happen?

that’s probably easiest to find ppl for, esp w yr audience. try posting seeking full stack web devs w basic idea of requirements (im guessing basic api, interface, mbe some understanding of data viz), and the degree you wanna be involved etc

i think ideally id like a co...founder? I'd like to just split 50/50 the proceeds with somebody if I tell them exactly what to build and do the marketing for them.
you probably won’t risk much of anything by just sketching what it is you want—if it’s easy to replicate, people will replicate it anyway

You could hire cheap development overseas just to get an MVP and start using it within your close circle. Tons of results for “hire overseas development”
Not sure if you're asking for offers here but I have experience in building influencer related web apps and would be down for another project in that area.

This is dangerously close to a cliche I've seen, that there's a person who thinks "the idea" is worth 50% and the execution is trivial. See riskology.co/idea-guy/, lot of similar rants out there. If this is a project you'd want major revenue from, you'd need a very active role.

FWIW I’d be interested in learning more. You might want potential cofounders or whatever to sign an NDA while you’re shopping the idea around.
You probably have the knowledge and cash to just HIRE a programmer.
Advice will be "as if to someone who isn't rich and capable".
You're probably more similar to Elon after Zip2 but before Paypal than to a "J Random Founder".
(Don't spend >20% of your net worth on it.)
