I literally just finished the first phase of this. It was boring as hell for eating, but I felt better than I have for a long time after it was done.

It doesn't seem to be significantly different from a paleo diet.

Pretty much, it just limits exposure to nightshades and other foods that have inflammatory responses.

I have been doing the 16:8 Intermittent Fasting routine for 9 months and have lost 16 kgs. Highly recommend it as a lifestyle, rather than a diet.
