The idea that sex workers can't find husbands is so weird to me... I've run deep in sex worker circles for coming up on a decade and it's never been an issue. Most of the girls in the chats have long term boyfriends, a big chunk of them are married. 1/

I haven't noticed any significant difference in their relationships vs. non-sex-worker relationships (except gender role dynamics; typically the woman is the breadwinner and the man does housework). Lots of them are rearing kids that none of their fans know about. 2/

This is the difference. High earners have little incentive to marry a sex worker, their earnings win them opportunities with people more committed to them. Doesn't mean the only acceptable gender dynamic is male breadwinner + female housewife though.

"more committed to them" - the idea that sex workers are less committed to their partners is quite incorrect; you're interpreting sex work as a sign of lack of commitment, but in pro-sex-work fields this is compartmentalized and isn't an indication of less commitment.
