More and more recently I've been brushing up against angry trad twitter. It's not enough for them to prefer monogamous, traditional, sexually conservative relationships, they also want *you to do it too*, and then believe you must be secretly miserable if that's your lifestyle.

Well, make sure you're being honest with yourself. What draws you to polygamous relationships? Is it just a way of ensuring you have multiple people who are close to you and will never leave you, since you lack close platonic friendships and community?

Are there any polygamous relationships you look up to? The only polygamous relationships I come across involve people who quite frankly seem strange and unwell (like Joe Exotic), but maybe you could become a role model for the polygamous community.

I'm polyamorous and realized I was, 100%, no doubt, fully, since the moment I found out what poly meant. All but my very first relationship have been polyamorous, and nearly all of my social circle are also polyamorous. I know several poly families with kids!
