I feel like comments on my tweets have been getting worse lately, has anybody else been noticing the same thing on their tweets?

I've blocked a lot of people. Usually I block when they insult me or threaten me, but this week it's been more subtle insults under a veneer of politeness, wtf is going on

My guess, as you get more popular you tend to attract a larger percentage of, for lack of a better word, trolls.

Better to get negative comments than positive (avoids an echo chamber) but they are a statistic, not a significant

i am a smol account, so when people reply to my tweets I am invariably pleased
i hope never to gain so many followers that this is not the case
