A paradox that presents a deep difficulty for what you expect out of the framework; as in, the framework doesn't predict a paradox to be there, it expects a smooth answer to be there, but there's a confusion/unsettling/'to-be-resolved' sense instead.

I am against a death penalty but I know that sometimes a person is too dangerous to be ever released back into society, nor do you want him or her to escape, so a 'permanent removal' should be the only option (think high level crime lords )

1. I have no evidence that hard solipsism is false, yet I live as if it is. 2. I believe consciousness determines a being's absolute value, and that animals are on a spectrum of consciousness, yet I don't feel it's wrong to kill animals for food.
