ive probably typed three asstons more words literally twice as fast on my chiclet keyboard vs those sweaty finger-picking masturbatory custom keycap obsessees leavin their online friends chatbox hanging DOT DOT DOT as they slowly, painstakingly shit out each individual word

and are there obsessive forums dedicated to TRUE keyboardery, for SPEEDY CLACKERS? No! r/keyboards is OVERRUN, you have to *search* for actual fast keyboards that dont scream at you and you get like 4 search results. we're a marginalized class, i am UPSET

~10 years ago now I bought a mechanical Das Keyboard, the silent version. I can't stand clacky keyboards, but this thing is lovely to type on. No lights, no loud noises, just lovely to type on. 10 years ago /r/keyboards lead me to them, a lot has change on reddit in that time.

I despise the super loud keyboards. There was a guy in my office with one, it was the curse of the open plan office. I could hear him 40 feet away. Super distracting when you are trying to concentrate
