Not sure how to answer this one; it's... significant? There's a weird interplay between novelty and repetition. There's a really narrow range of what sort of novelty is good; you have to still be clearly and traditionally sexual, and then any novelty *inside* that is great.

but if you break traditional sexual norms then you're gonna see your income dry up pretty fast unless you've got a niche covered. As in; if you have giant juicy titties dripping with paint, good. If you have giant juicy titties painted to camouflage with the environment, bad.
