My life feels like a movement from "I'm not sure I'm right because other smart people disagree" to "actually I'm way more right than I thought" in some areas, and a totally reversed movement in others. The real growth feels like learning to identify what goes in which category

Are there objective delineating characteristics that you’ve noticed for what goes in which category, i.e. increased life experience/study/personal meditation?

Trusting my curiosity mostly? It turns out the things I have more confidence in are highly correlated to how much my curiosity has driven me into those topics. And I mean momentum-y curiosity, not like curiosity that gets satisfied from the sidelines by some pop sci articles

My error I think was that I sort of trusted other things more, like "I'm smart and smart people tend to be more right about x" or "other respected people have really strong opinions and so they must be right"
