I'm feeling dramatically increased confidence re: putting words on spirituality. Recently I had decreased confidence on economics.

Are there objective delineating characteristics that you’ve noticed for what goes in which category, i.e. increased life experience/study/personal meditation?

Trusting my curiosity mostly? It turns out the things I have more confidence in are highly correlated to how much my curiosity has driven me into those topics. And I mean momentum-y curiosity, not like curiosity that gets satisfied from the sidelines by some pop sci articles

"The more you know, the more you realize you don't know." Might seem like a quote to boost self esteem, but it's important for the "categories." One of the easiest biases you can fall into is hindsight bias. Eliminate that (know what you don't know) and the rest falls into place
