I've spent 0 time in the business/corporate world so I don't know the name for the position I want to hire.
I'd like to hire someone who can basically "handle the parts of my business I'm bad at" (which is a lot). Stuff like:
*managing assistants
*managing my schedule
Conversation
Replying to
*handling emails/requests
*independently and intelligently researching and working on new business offers for me (projects, collaborations)
*do actual project work that I can outsource
*helping w/taxes
*reduce friction in any way
I'd pay a flat rate + % of my income.

I'm inexperienced in interviewing and knowing what to look for; I also don't know the titles that describe the kind of role I need. I also need someone who's willing to work for me as a sex worker.
I'd love to hear advice and recommendations on finding the right person.

And I'd love to hear even the basics! I'm a total newbie and oblivious to the ways of Highly Competent Organized People.
I also have executive function problems and occasional stupid spirals into 'i can't do this simple task' so a person who can 'handle me' in that would be A+

I think I want someone who can 'manage' that? As in; they specifically don't have to do my taxes, but I'd hope they can high-level arrange it to be easy; as in, they find the tax person to help me etc.

That's a lot of work for one person. He or she might need to be invested in you.

Executive assistant probably? At a larger company, could be a "chief of staff" (emphasis on like special projects) or operations manager
This title is tricky b/c you want a very competent person doing it, and the title needs to reflect that they are far more than a secretary
