I'm inexperienced in interviewing and knowing what to look for; I also don't know the titles that describe the kind of role I need. I also need someone who's willing to work for me as a sex worker. I'd love to hear advice and recommendations on finding the right person.

And I'd love to hear even the basics! I'm a total newbie and oblivious to the ways of Highly Competent Organized People. I also have executive function problems and occasional stupid spirals into 'i can't do this simple task' so a person who can 'handle me' in that would be A+

This honestly sounds like multiple positions you’re trying to hire for.

I think I want someone who can 'manage' that? As in; they specifically don't have to do my taxes, but I'd hope they can high-level arrange it to be easy; as in, they find the tax person to help me etc.

Executive assistant probably? At a larger company, could be a "chief of staff" (emphasis on like special projects) or operations manager This title is tricky b/c you want a very competent person doing it, and the title needs to reflect that they are far more than a secretary

Executive assistant was my first thought as well. I also assumed originally that an EA was on par with being a secretary, but this description of the EA role changed my mind >> https://blackbird.vc/blog/the-magic-of-executive-assistants/ …
