In my youth in Canada, it seemed over 90% were circumcised. I've never met a girl who preferred uncircumsised; that is, I hear gossip from many that they prefer the cut look.

Apparently partial! I don’t have to pull anything back to pee, but 2/3 of the head remains covered when flaccid.
