Reading bout United States massacres, most of it was during the civil war; combining them together I'd guess roughly 18k lives were lost in massacres committed by both sides (but mostly the confederates). Second up you've got the California Genocide - native Americans at ~9k

Third up is terror: the 9/11 terror attacks (~3k) being most of the total, and other terror attacks in America are a small smattering that boost the total up a bit more. Fourth up is racially motivated violence, mostly against black people, with the biggest massacre being-

when black ppl tried to join the Democrat party and the Democrats killed ~250 of them. There's lots of instances of smaller massacres against black people, I'm eyeballing them at ~1k. And then we get religious massacres (hi Mormons) and random shootings to round out the list.

#1 is Trumpf’s inaction on Covid which models predict even if he had acted 2 weeks sooner, 130k+ lives could have been saved. His attempt at trying to keep the economy stable by downplaying the urgency resulted in genocide.
