Yes definitely; men have very surprisingly high amounts of rape, but iirc they're less likely to identify what happened to them as rape.

By legal definition, I was raped - but I didn't see it that way then nor now, so I picked "friend" because I had a close friend who had been, and she ultimately committed suicide.
