oh yes i have definitely felt jealousy in romantic relationships, usually it's some deep part of my brain convinced that they'll leave me for the other person. But eventually, after seeing them not leave for long enough, the jealousy self-resolves.

To put it crudely, I don't think it's any surprise that women generally have an easier time with being "cucked". Women will straight up tell you they found you attractive because you were with another woman, or wanted by many. Men don't typically share this feeling, obviously.
