and before you ask - my hyperhidrosis is often unrelated to heat (sometimes is really bad even when I'm very cold), but does consistently flare up once the temperature goes above 75 degrees.

Mine is the worst when it’s cold. Makes for extremely hard winters when you want to be dry and warm.

Oh dear. Condition sounds, well, uncomfortable. Sounds like it might add to your off-screen prep, when you're working in front of the camera. If so - the prep works! Sympathies.
