and before you ask - my hyperhidrosis is often unrelated to heat (sometimes is really bad even when I'm very cold), but does consistently flare up once the temperature goes above 75 degrees.

This may be a captain obvious type question, but have you tried using talcum powder? I think it could help.

I've tried powders before, but I sweat straight through it. I have to keep reapplying and reapplying until it's just a thick mass on my hands.
My sweating is really severe - I leave little pools of sweat on my laptop when I type
