hey I have an insane stalker (who I'm getting a restraining order against) who keeps making new accounts to subscribe to me. I would love to block his payment cards entirely, but when I contacted OF support you said you could do nothing. I'm really disappointed.

Update: They banned him and his card. This doesn't totally solve the problem but I deeply appreciate their efforts to protect creators, and I feel more confident that they'll work with me in the future over this concern. +1 for Onlyfans!

Happens often and Usually the sites do not block the customer from my experience
This is totally unacceptable! The people making you money shouldn’t be made to feel at risk or in danger over something that is easily fixed

I explained the full situation to them in a support message and asked them to block his payment cards. I could also have verified by showing messages and proof that this was going on. I wish they'd been like "Okay yes, we will ban him entirely from the platform"
