I have been poor my whole life, my parents were poor, and I have just finally started making more than 400k a year after tons of high risk hard work. The thought Biden wants to punish me for this is infuriating. I worked so hard for this. I'm already paying nearly 50% in taxes!!

Your parents weren’t poor. I just read one of your posts that said they made too much for you to qualify for financial aid at college. If that’s true - you don’t know poor.

yeah, around 60-80k (through my dad building his own business), but almost all of that was funneled straight into my dad's student loans which he hadn't paid when he was young, and they didn't have enough left over for me to help for college.

yea idk my parents didn't know how they were gonna afford food when i was young, and i remember at 18 only able to buy meals with change i was scraping off the ground, but maybe you don't considser that poverty
