He wants to raise taxes on ppl earning more than 400K a year. That sounds great to most of this country.

I have been poor my whole life, my parents were poor, and I have just finally started making more than 400k a year after tons of high risk hard work. The thought Biden wants to punish me for this is infuriating. I worked so hard for this. I'm already paying nearly 50% in taxes!!

oh yeah. I'm pretty generous with my money and donate to charity. I just don't trust the government to take my money and feed it into the military. I don't trust a government that can allow someone like Trump in office.

Yes - but I think there's other, better ways to do that besides funneling money into a corrupt and inefficient government. I absolutely value helping people who need it, but right now I think taxes is one of the worst ways to help people who need it.

For example I live in SF, where housing is not affordable. It's not affordable because regulations in SF are preventing new housing from being built. There's no ability for developers to actually make enough housing to drive costs down. We should lift those regulations!

I mean, Living in CA and SF is 90% of your problem right there. The rest of the country is not like that. If you can work remote, as most making that kind of money are now, it would make a lot more sense to move to AZ, NV, UT etc. and end up with way more money in your pocket.
