its like. there's a way you can walk when you learn how to control your body really well through dancing; the muscles are attuned and different. you can see it in ppl if you know how to look. Circling is the practice of tuning your muscles to just keep walking.

also to be clear the images you linked are from the Circling Institute which I don't think I like, though I haven't properly tried one of their circles yet. They seem much more oriented around safety and structure, while the version I like prioritizes freedom and expression.
