if anyone wants to anticircle sometime id be willing to occupy the same space as you for half an hour and studiously ignore you in polite silence with a relaxed and neutral expression on my face

cause you pay attention to hanging out It's hard to describe. it's a subtle shift in interaction. there's a journey with ppl - after I "properly circle" with them a lot we can keep circling while dropping the rest of it and then do 'hang out circling'. it's hard to describe

its like. there's a way you can walk when you learn how to control your body really well through dancing; the muscles are attuned and different. you can see it in ppl if you know how to look. Circling is the practice of tuning your muscles to just keep walking.

its often done by dancing; some circling styles are more "dance exercises". but that doesnt mean you have to dance to use those muscles, but it does mean you knowing how to dance is present in the way you walk - and there's no barrier to breaking into dance at any moment
