Why don't I like vegetables? You'd think I wouldn't find them disgusting if they're so good for me. I keep putting vegetables in front of me and going 'ok I'll really eat them this time' and then I just don't eat them.

No accounting for taste. I love vegetables and eat a ton. But they can be a bit bland and if cooked badly they can be truly terrible. Also as fresh, seasonal veggies are much better, I get mine almost exclusively from the farmer's market or from a CSA.

Zucchini with garlic salt and butter in a pan, heated just a bit.

Roasted shishito peppers and green wine? Parsnip purée and NY stake? Babaganoush and fresh pita? Never? You need great experiences, not 'vegetables'! 😉

Gonna ask the dumb question: have you played around with different ways of cooking them and/or adding spices or other ways of making them tastier?

Really need to know what kind of vegetable to know what’s going wrong here... some vegetables are just wildly unpopular.
I’d suggest looking at other preparation methods, though, for the ones you find you’re passing over.
