For people who view racism as significantly overblown, or that most supposedly racist actions can actually be explained by other motives, or that sometimes racism is justifiable, can you give me a few examples of things you would consider 'actual' or 'unjustified' racism'?

Racism should be viewed as a belief system. It is never justified. Racism delegitimizes otherwise legitimate acts (e.g., firing someone) and amplifies already illegitimate acts (e.g., hate crimes). The challenge is working backwards from action to belief.

Additionally, you have aggregate statistics where one group experiences a whole host of negative outcomes more frequently.
