I work for a tech co. in SV. where 75% of employees are non-White. They came up w a diversity program. First announcement "We have already engaged with three Black support groups".

Would probably be along the lines of continued outspokenness about how you view other races, as well as, actions taken to do harm to those races ability to go about their lives.

Because of my shaved head and skin tone I look like your typical white supremacist. It’s rare, but maybe once every 2 years I’ll have someone approach me with a weird comment signaling they’re a racial ally. Always gives me the creeps. Still keeping the shaved head, sorry.
