white "allies" undermining a Black movement by confronting each other instead of the police is perhaps not attributable to the larger movement

They were directed to do this by a black woman, the crowd wasn't fully white before it started doing this under direction

"the movement that resulted in this seeming like a reasonable option is large" Which is weird, because despite that, i haven't seen anyone from that large-movement say, "This is good and people should support this" the activist-set instead say, "this is just wacky outliers"

e.g. just one but i've seen a handful making same casehttps://twitter.com/JonahFurman/status/1298384485784981506 …

Can you apply the rationalist tabboo to the word "large"? I frequently see examples of woke college students being representative of a large movement based on anecdotes like this and very rarely based on some quantifiable figure.

for me, one sign that something is large is when it affects advertising for nonpolitical products. I like viewing advertising messages as stuff that is so integrated and huge that it's okay being relatively mainstream - and SJW messaging has *absolutely* hit advertising.

This is one of the things I knew would happen. The group is starting to become like that which they are opposed to. The bully tactics alienate.many whomight otherwise support. I know many of my friends have started saying "I am BLM, but I do not believe in the BLM organization."

This anger and unrest isn't just happening for no reason, it's been affecting everything and it just now that the people affected by it are making their voices heard. There is going to be anger until and unrest until people start being held accountable for their actions.

The Wisconsin shooting happened because it is basic procedure to assume worst intent when officers can’t tell what the subject is doing when disobeying an order. He could’ve pulled a gun. Would you play roulette with your life in the cop’s shoes?
