Within my own country (UK) based of voting tendencies the poor would align with socio-political positions I think bring about more well-being. However, globally speaking most of the poor live in nations with a drastically different overton window, often very socially conservative

If "wealthier" were accurate, things would be a lot better than they are. The wealthy have all the power to change things and what exists today is the world order they decided.

Wealthier people are more likely to live in an economic bubble, lacking any idea of what average people go through everyday. They’re generally less empathic towards the disadvantaged.
