My sense of fashion got much better after hanging around a very fashionable person for a while. Fashion feels like a super fascinating churning art form now as opposed to something I thought was stupid.

I meant more generally — that fashion is a real and fascinating art which women are mocked/not taken seriously for enjoying very much.
Meanwhile women are also penalized if they don’t understand fashion easily or don’t dress/present in a way that demonstrates that
