For some reason, sleep deprivation (< 5 hours of sleep) just really trashes me physically. I feel like I'm dying and have about 50-50 odds of vomiting at some point during the day. Doesn't usually make me grumpy though, just sad and confused.
Currently co-sleeping with a 7 month old. Every morning I am convinced I can’t effing exist like this. Then I do drugs (coffee) and all is right and good 🙃
I get very little sleep all the time and then work 12 hour days. It can sometimes get bad but mostly I get right through it and feel good about myself after the work day is done.
