I'm drawn to saying controversial things because I think they shouldn't be controversial. I'm mad that people get furious over true things because of external implications that they see as bad. I want to keep saying true things for the sheer point of being able to say them.
Right - but I think those issues can just be solved by saying more true things. If enough true things are said and accepted then the implications won't be misleading.

I don't see how volume can overcome an issue of context and nuance. Efficacy of speech is not a question of quantity. I can count on one hand the number of times I've had a productive conversation with "why can't we talk about Race and IQ" types, when I've given full good faith

Signal to noise matters. I now write those people off simply because its such a low hit rate on actually finding a contestable point or actionable conclusion. The majority (i've encountered) just want the thrill of speaking THE TRUTH that pc normies CANT HANDLE.
