Negative. Why? Spontaneous fillings of power vacuum almost always end badly. (They reward those who are able to most quickly/unscrupulously seize power.) Very few coups look good in retrospect.

That takes out all politicians down to regional level plus all large business owners, all military personnel down to the rank of lieutenant colonel or even major, every think tank member, everyone who has ever attended harvard business school…
