Both of these concepts are multidimensional culturally specific spectra that overlap each other. Any given person can have traits their culture associates with each term, and have different associations in another culture. Ex: outlandish fashion was a male thing in 1620s England

Wouldn’t that mean differences in masculinity and femininity are entirely dependent on culture? That seems wrong, considering men and women have plenty of non-cultural differences
