No studies - I looked really hard but couldn't find anything that measured the ethnicity of catcallers. However:
1. I assume most catcalling is intraracial, and black women report significantly higher rates of catcalling
2. The 10 hour catcalling video
3. My own experience

1. may not have anything to do with black men and could just be the perception some people have of black women.
2. 10 hour video cut down into 5 minutes so unless there is a full version somewhere, this could be biased. or could have been filmed in a prodnomently black area.
