2. I am not a very fast reader by any means but I do read a lot. What this translates into is that I can recognize when a telling enters a realm or rote or boringness and I can switch from reading to skimming.

There is a game called I love Hue I typically have a very active and loud internal monologue During my intense play of this game I have almost no internal monologue It's almost only taste and execution. But I am sentient, active. Strange experience

Most of my thoughts are ideas, concepts and images. Words are just a method of relaying them.

Do 10% of people really have no internal monologue, or are we running into lizardman constant issues?

I think it’s about 1/6th in US/Canada. Not sure the research can be extrapolated to other languages.
