When I was 10, I went to a church-hosted all-girls sleepover. They did nail painting, popcorn eating, etc.
But then they were gonna watch the Princess Diaries. I REALLY wanted to watch the Princess Diaries - but I knew probably my parents wouldn't approve. 1/

It was a secular movie with teen characters, something my parents tended to forbid me from watching. So I told the organizers I couldn't, that I would sit in a different room while all my friends watched the movie.
They ended up calling my parents, who were probably impressed 2/

by other people witnessing their child's obedience, so they gave me permission.
Later that year, at the AWANA awards, I won the clubber of the year trophy for being the most "godly child", and they cited the Princess Diaries example of the obedience they wanted all kids to have.

What a dichotomy. I can only imagine how confusing it's been to navigate that. Good for you for your honesty.

You should do a onlyfans set/video theming it with church/like uniform and a storyline that shows the virtue on self reliance or self obedience. The sleepover tends to go with a g/g set, but I dont know of you are doing that type of content anymore. Keep up the exp sharing!

Did you have any shame or worry what your peers or the adults thought of you having to do this?
