Each sex has its own privileges and burdens. Perhaps one might slightly rephrase the question as: "Do (wo)men have any *form* of systemic privilege due to their gender?"
-
How does "form" change the question?

I think the question can be tricky for males especially because all of the customs we learn from our patriarchal society seem to be in women's favor. However if you look deeper, women aren't actually benefiting from ideas that treat women as always nurturing, fragile, etc.
-
However, women do benefit greatly from their power to regulate men's access to intimacy and sex (in the free world). Most women prefer holding on to this power, which is why modern feminism will never become accepted among the female population as a whole.

More interesting question: Are women the *only* people to have any systemic privilege due to their gender?
