I'm planning on moving to Seattle in the next month or two. SF around where I'm living is a disaster and the taxes are way too high to justify this. This video was a few blocks from my apartment and is not surprising based on the shit i see out my window.

Good lord, why Seattle? Its no better than SF and has more rain. Not even going to mention the political bs there. Theres a million better cities unless you need the political unrest.

I used to live in Seattle! i did like it when I lived there. Also 0% state income tax.

I don’t know you personally, or know your considerations for where you choose to live. I would say that SF, like any urban city in the world has fantastic, beautiful, safe neighborhoods and terrible, ugly, unsafe neighborhoods. I like it here, Seattle’s rain would depress me. :(

I've lived in a lot of cities in a lot of states in the US - including a few different areas of SF and Seattle! Seattle feels safer.
