Not wrong, but note: my level of pre-tax income wouldn't be possible without the infrastructure that taxation enables. (Concretely, my earning power derives from my public education, public IP protections, other public goods.) It's fallacious to ignore that half of the ledger.

Other people's taxes can pay for that. It is not like if you pay more taxes you get better infrastructure. As long as it is legal it is fine
