So I have a roommate from Zambia. He says he's seen racism against both black and white people. I've seen it as well. We have our cultural differences but we're like, we're all human and one race, the HUMAN race.

I was trying to get in a strip joint and the bouncer took one look at my black friend and said "three photo ids". So we went to another strip joint. It wasn't a big deal, but it was pretty surprising for 1992 or so.
