but it does counter the notion that this statement ("only females...") is totally benign & not meant as insult. This user literally seems to deny that transwomen are ever women. /end

Even *if* they're denying that trans women are ever women, which the tweet is not doing, that's not hate. You may disagree with it, and I very often disagree with the thing they're trying to express also - but it's not hate, it's just a different perspective on how gender works.
